wow, $26 dollars for delivery is not happening.
my brother bought it and got it shipped to his place in Queens NY so I got 10 l1 coils coming my way when he comes home for christmas.
I am now setting up the config for the morningstar
now to find a chasis for a dual blade setup and and probably have dual battery setup as well. just wondering if it should be wired in parrallel or if it can just power the one side?

@profezzorn any ideas on whether having a dual battery setup would be possible. and if yes how would you do it.
You just need to be sure to wire them in parallel, then you effectively double your runtime.

SO I’m thinking that the I should solder the leaftabs so that the tabs 1_____2_3_____4 where 1 and 3 are positive and 2 and 4 are negative and have 1 and 2 are wired to the board, i’m guessing that’s parallel right?
No. Well, i don’t think so. I might be interpreting you incorrectly.
1 and 3 are positive, so they both connect together, as well as the 2 negatives.

I want to add kill switch to this build but my chassis doesn’t fit one, where would you put it and how would you modify this chassis?

any tools or methods, I’m trying to avoid using my soldering iron, cleaning the iron is a bitch afterward.
Dremel rotary, drill and files, sharp box cutter and exacto, etc…
Not ideal, that’s for sure.
Why not just make the battery removable?
It is. I like options
But a superfluous option at the risk of a mess / cost of replacing the chassis… worth it still?

sorry max, i just melted a kill switch slot into a chassis tgat lacked one. Pick a slot tgat is co venient, doesnt have obstuctions behind it, and wont mess with hilt.

it’s what I thought, I’ll leave it as is for now, but it would be nice to have a kill switch in a future build.
