Maybe the board was originally programmed, or flashed at some point and the settings weren’t set to Serial + WebUSB? @profezzorn would that matter at all?
FWIW I posted the old Fallen Order V2.2 config, not that it’ll help. All you gotta do is ask them for a copy IIRC.
EDIT: Found it. 
Config as well as the full OS Pack. I also asked Carl@CC_Sabers to chime in either way so we have a backup config in here. MTFBWY!
