There seem to be some options for 2.5s, but the 2.0 is so ancient and seems to be just different enough that 2.5 chassis are not really compatible. Is that true?
Any recommendations for a Graflex 2.0 chassis?
It’s where the flashback will live, so the kill switch and usb port will be under the clamp.
There is this one:
chassis3.stl (1.3 MB)
It’s what I used for my Graflex 2.0.
I can find the source scad file if you want it.
Here is what it looks like installed:
The battery is soldered in.
I have a graflex helper board to make it easier to program.
The control box is a touch button: ProffieOS Documentation: Touch Buttons
I use a 9-pin aviation connect to connect to the blade, and charging is done using a charging adapter .
If you want to set up your saber differently, probably need to make some modifications to the chassis.

That looks great, but I’d have to have a friend print it. Was hoping for a trusted source with pre printed items.
Thanks though it would solve most of my problems! Might be the right way to go.
I have the 2.0 and have my chassis file if you are need of measurements. Or a step file.
I’m pretty excited. Here is my first proffie install. Also the first chassis design I did.

I designed it, printed it, wired it up, and on first power up, everything worked! I couldn’t believe it! No issues! Granted it is a fairly simple install with just one hilt pcb, but that’s all I wanted out of it. I learned some things for sure to implement going forward in chassis design.
I have a few things to button up, but its great! Now I need to figure out how to change setting on a 1 button hilt. lol.
Just wanted to share! I have a lot of other designs started, and this sure gave me a boost to get them done. Thanks to everyone here for the continued help to not just me, but any and everyone!
