Yeah, since the SD card isn’t properly mounting that doesn’t mean anything (just echoing the statement that it can’t read the SD)

“mount” is just a term for the SD card “connecting” or having it’s contents accessible to the Proffieboard.
So you didn’t hear anything else after adding VERBOSE_SD_ERRORS?
You are getting sound out of one of the sabers? As in the proper swings?

well. 1)one saber the OBI3 (one with bluetooth both new board and module) was working fine until I installed the bluetooth and then if gave me the error, but also some crazy distorted sounds. The buttons no longer work on this, but works when i swing on.
- the saber Obi2 (no bluetooth) was working just fine. then all of the sudden “font directory not found SD card no found over and over” It has light thought and works when I when I use the buttons.
Did you just try a different, freshly formatted SD card?

I don’t see how it could work at all if you’re getting “no SD card” errors.
I haven’t seen you post your config file and a list of your SD contents, and a pic of the soldered board?
The lights and stuff would still work, just no sound (besides error messages).

The KR Obi Knight the board is hidden with the current Goth Chassis design. But I did provide a video of that earlier in the thread. Both sabers are exhibiting similar problems

Tried multiple SD cards. As for the board itself, well I don’t think it looks very good for a new board and I certainly did not put too much heat on it. It was a pretty smooth install, until bluetooth. This is how it came, minus the wires 
It’s not even making it through the whole spoken error.

So what happens if you leave the battery power off and plug in USB?
I forgot you need the latest ProffieOS from the github master branch for VERBOSE_SD_ERRORS to do anything.
Please try that. (Let me know if you need help with that.)
