CAD file repository for chassis designers

I have made quite a few parts and models for my own use in chassis designs. I was thinking it would be nice to have one place to grab files from. Would it be good to have a github similar to what adafruit does for their parts? GitHub - adafruit/Adafruit_CAD_Parts: CAD files for various boards, components and parts

Hello, I was wondering if there is somewhere a source for CAD files of electrical components relevant to chassis design, such as speakers, ShtokCustomWorx connectors, battery contacts, etc? I could always draw my own models or placeholders, but finished models would probably be more accurate and faster. Greetings

Do either of you have any issue with that? With github, others can modify and contribute to it.

Do you think there is any issue with uploading trademarked parts like NPXL? @ShtokyD would you have issue with 3d files representing your products being available for download?

My pcb products 3D files that I think can be shared publicly can always be downloaded from my website, I feel like I have a better control over it this way. But if someone creates his own 3D model of some of my pcbs, I have no issue with that being publicly available. But not my chassis designs of course, because chassis design is IP protected and should not be shared publicly.
