Definitely consider making Chewbacca as well Gungi. Maybe some of the other younglings from the Gathering episode. Speaking of younglings, is Sors Bandeam a no-go? “Master Skywalker there are too many of them.” There’s also the new Young Jedi Adventure kids because well, real kids would like that.
LOL, Ackbar “It’s a trap.”
Chopper C1-10P because like Chewbacca and Gungi it’s just too fun to pass up.
Lando because everyone could use a “Hey there Baby.” font pack.
*Sha’a Gi because who can say no to a Jedi who loves Scooby Snacks, right?

I’ll stop there for now. 
Mark Hamil has done a fair bit of voice acting, might be cool to do voice packs based on The Joker, Adrian Ripburger, or one of the many many many fantastic characters voiced by Mr. Hamil.
Oh, and a Mufasa voice pack just to confuse people. 
Yes of course. But on a saber? I’ve been sticking to in universe Canon characters pretty much so far.
He’s amazing as the brutal lawyer in The Fall of the House of Usher on Netflix.

No idea, never made a phaser, and my tricorder is likely to take a while to finish.
