This may be very obvious, but I have no idea how to use the “extra” quotes, nor the pre-on/post-off files. I know how to use quotes when the lightsaber’s on, but none of my fonts have quotes set up, though some include them in an extras folder.
Usually it’s a matter of moving/renaming some of those files into the main font folder. Sometimes you have to move some of the existing files out of the way first.
Make sure you have a backup, then start experimenting.
Thank you.
So if I wanted to add a few quotes to my font, I would put them in the main font folder, then put them in a subfolder named quotes, and name them quote01, quote02 etc…?
And if I wanted a pre-on I would just drag it into the main folder? How does the board know I want the pre-on, just because it’s not in a subfolder?
You need a prop that supports as well. The folder would be “quote” not “quotes” if using my prop in OS6.7.
But yes, if you want you number sequentially without skipping a number.
OK, I am using your prop in OS6.7, so I’ll do that.
Thank you all so much for the help. I am so glad I found out about this forum, gone are the days of confusion without answers! I admire you all so much for the time and dedication you put into your passions. I will be sure to help anyone I can with what I know.
