I’ve looked at so many and kind of hate them all. My prime sabers are horizontal on the lower tier of a an old kneeling prayer bench. Pic later.
Since it’s for your wife and would make it a unique piece, This is the way.
CNC one? I miss mi Taig (CNC) and the Sherline (Manual). The nice thing of printing is the speed and complexity. In fact, I think that if you electroplated a 3D print, it would be ideal for that saber. But you would need a perfect finish. Electroplating is absolutely unforgiving for finish.

To bad it’s for guitars, not lightsabers.
If these came with a smaller opening, I’d consider hanging my sabers hilt-up.
