Updating Old Styles

If he has old styles I told him I can cross reference the style with the library to determine the updated version

I have a brown noise flicker that I was wondering if I can drop into the code of your CW dark saber code. Let me know if it’s possible. Everytime I try it, I get errors.

I just try and paste it over the first part of your style but I don’t know where the end point is in you code. Your code is different than the older code and doesn’t work when I paste it into the styles editor. So it’s hard for me to figure out how to make them match.

Was trying to drop this code in:

<AudioFlicker<BrownNoiseFlicker<Mix<SwingSpeed<400>,RotateColorsX<Variation,Rgb16<21919,21919,50739>>,RotateColorsX<Variation,Rgb16<20693,20693,49761>>>,Stripes<5000,-300,RotateColorsX<Variation,Rgb16<148,681,2521>>,RotateColorsX<Variation,Rgb16<148,681,2521>>,RotateColorsX<Variation,Rgb<10,10,20>>,RotateColorsX<Variation,Rgb<50,50,75>>>,300>,RotateColorsX<Variation,Rgb<35,35,75>>>>

Not sure what you mean, the Clone Wars Dark Saber already contains a BrownNoiseFlicker in the base style.

I know but the style that came with my DarkSaber is a bit more flickery and I wanted to do a test to see what it looked like inside your style because I’ve added pre and post effects. It seems like it won’t work.

What you pasted was just the OS5 version, there was no change in the style itself it was just updated to support Color Arguments. It uses an AudioFlicker so the font will impact how it flickers.
