Turn it around!

Hi,

I want try to turn around the stable part with the unstable.
Now - as delivered by the library the code creates a saber which blade
is stable on the tip but unstable close to the hilt.

In my Opinion it should be the other way around. Unstable at the tip and stable towards the hilt.

I thought it should be easy to find the right values to turn around the function,
but it seems to be more complicated. Any Help is aprreciated- thx

Sure, just flip your SmoothStep from Int<0> to Int<-1>.

Ok, thank you for the quick reply.

If i just change it to -1 then the saber will go to constant flickering
and it stabilizes while swinging from the hilt upwards.

It was ment to be stable while in idle - and flickering while swinging.

So i tried to switch the 2 states, and then set int to -1.
But then i am at the beginning again where it is unstable at the hilt.

Maybe i have chosen the wrong bladestyle to achieve what i want:

Stable in idle…
unstabilising while swinging, but from the top → hilt.

Any hint on that ?

Choose Mirror Blade Out and swap Style 1 & 2 :wink:
