The background

… is a picture of the Carina Nebula taken by the Hubble space telescope.

(kind of looks like a painting, doesn’t it?)

Is it just me, or no background now?

Just you I think?

Well that’s odd. I didn’t change anything. Oh well.

Still no background for me after the site reboot, disabling adblockers etc…
2 different machines too.
Just a weird observation. Loads quicker for me now actually I think.

@NoSloppy Try going to Profile<Preferences<Interface<Theme and change whatever the theme is set to currently (for background to show it should be set to graceful). If it is already set then temporarily change it to something else (be sure to scroll down and click SAVE) and then refresh the page. Then go back in and change it back to graceful (save again) and goto the main page. That worked for me with both our Macs.

Now that you mention it, fiddling with that theme setting is when this started. However, no combination of changing and refreshing has brought it back. I’m fine with it, thanks.

All good. The bonus is this way if anyone else has the same issue I’ve posted the steps to redo it.

MTFBWY!

p.s. Check your browser settings. It could be a Chrome thing b/c it’s fine on Chrome and Safari here.
