Is there a central place to see all the various style modifiers and transitions and such as well as information about how to use them, what the settings do, etc?
I’m trying to code a hilt with sparktipx, and while attempting to change the sparktip size (as far as i can tell fett’s tool doesn’t have that option) i also notice that there’s a wipe speed factor, which i assume is affecting how quickly the blades open/close. Not 100% on that, but while I’m looking for an answer to that question, it would be lovely to be able to pull up a wiki or page or something that has that info.
The best written documentation exists in the source code itself, and can be found in one of these directories:
Usually the relevant text is at the beginning of each file.
Not super easy to search, read and navigate though.
Then there is of course the style editor which shows you all arguments, has a very short description of each and lets you experiment with them to figure out what they do.
The wiki you speak of is the POD, and it’s been on my todo list for eons to create a page for each style, but I have not gotten around to it yet…
The jump to more complex styles made dropping things into the editor a little harder to back track from. Just being able to confirm observations is really helpful.
