Quick help with hilt LEDs

I have a green LED and red LED in my hilt, currently they are set to both randomly flash as soon as the hilt is turned on, current styles are

I want Green off and Red to be blinking when blade powered off and Red off and Green to be on when blade ignited, what would I need to add to each of these to achieve that?
