While plugging in the Proffieboard I get the following issue:
Translated: Place a hard drive or an other suided medium Drive (E).
But I can’t open it in File Explorer
I can upload the code while using: Serial + Mass Storage + WebUSB
Should I be concerned ?

If you remove the SD card before connecting, that should not happen. Windows is weird sometimes about mounting the SD card as a drive.
If you can access the SD card to remove from the saber, turn off Mass Storage and use a standalone SD card USB reader instead.
When I put the SD-card in the board and then connect it trough USB I can upload it properly.
