While struggeling with the Proffiboard, I checked on the hardware of the board.
I have some more hardware than a friend of mine, should I be worried ? and if so how can I easily fix this ?

What problem do you have?
The number of devices listed depends on what option you selected in Arduino → Tools → USB Type
It can also depend on what drivers are installed on the computer.
Differences here are generally not something to worry about unless programming, storage or webusb isn’t working properly.
