First time with a proffie board and wanted to update the OS. I think i may have messed up the RESET button. The button wont go down and there is no click like with boot menu. Now the board wont even turn on when i press BOOT button. Am i SOL and need to buy a new board

Sounds like the reset button is stuck.
Do you have warranty on this board? If so, maybe see if you can get a new one.
If not, you should probably just de-solder the button. If you need to “push” the button you’ll just have to use a metal object to connect the two pads instead.
The manufacturer ended up sending me a replacement board which ia super cool. Tha ma for responding!
