some how all the preset fonts, clashs and anything else that was preloaded on the sd card got deleted, im trying to see if there a file that i can copy and paste to the card after i format it to just reset to the presets
They have to match what’s on in your config file. If it’s a premade/purchased saber you should contact the manufacturer and get a back up of the sd card files. Or maybe you have a back up of the SD card on your computer? Always a good idea.

sd cards are finicky at best always back it up, I just recently had my some of my soundfonts get corrupt so I formatted the sd card and copied the files from my laptop to the sd card.
