Go to this page and click on BOM: Proffieboard V2.2
This will show you all the components that are required to make a Proffieboard. That page also has the PCB design files for the board itself.
In particular, the CPU and the motion chip are not available anywhere as far as I know. If you can find some, you can probably just sell them to one of the people who make proffieboards and get some proffieboards in return. No need to actually make them yourself.
