Much like the title says, is it possible to power neopixel accent leds using positive and negative pads on the neopixel connector?

Yes. It’s only two pixels so it’s should be fine.
Absolutely. I do this all the time as the plethora of available pads allows for clean wiring instead of one connection having a bunch of wires tied together.
Thanks guys! Chassis that was sent with kit forced that option so I figured it was designed around that possibility. Never hurts to ask before blowing a mosfet though

Don’t forget you can also set your config up with sub blades so that you have individual control of each pixel and the main blade separately, even though they share the same data line.
