Only 2 of the default fonts have config.ini files included

Just noticed this now helping someone out.
TeensySF and TthCrstl are the only 2 with the config.ini files.
Shouldn’t we have one in all the default fonts?

Generally a font doesn’t need config files if the default values are ok.
Also, those fonts are old enough to not have any of the new features that requires a config file.
Also, if I remember correctly, the ‘enable-new-feature’ variables are genrally in smoothsw. ini, isn’t it?

That said, it might be good if they had it for educational purposes.
