I’m new to proffieboards and feeling completely lost. I recently purchased a Kylo Ren neopixel saber. Every blade is the same unstable effect with a delayed ignition for the crossguard blades. I’d like to change some of them to a simultaneous ignition. I’m having a hard time figuring out how to do it. Can I just plug the board into my computer and change the ignition time? If anyone can provide instructions or a link to video I’d greatly appreciate it.

You can’t just change a single setting without touching anything else. That’s not really how Proffieboard programming works. What you need to do is to find the config file that was used to program your Proffieboard, make some minor changes to that config file, then re-program the proffieboard with that config file. The programming will overwrite everything on the proffieboard, but since you’re mostly using the same config file, the result will still be mostly the same as before.
