yes, they should, not sure if anybody has tried it, but it should work.
So you should be able to put different files in each altNNN folder. Just be sure you have the same in each alt just like sounds. You may be first to test though so report back.
Didnt seem to, this is my folder structure - I just get the battery level and then the preset names when changing presets
I think you want the bmp to be for font or on not altchng. It needs to be a supported bmp.
Put it in altNNN/font or altNNN/on folders and remove from root obviously.

No, font.bmp and/or on.bmp, make copies of those files in each altNNN. It needs to be a supported bmp, see link in above reply
no joy have tried naming font, on, and boot
displays if i put it as boot.bmp in the root so bmp is ok
no biggie , I just wondered if possible
