I have a proffie V2, everything works except i get no hum.
When i look on the serial monitor I get the following:

Motion Chip Timeout
I2C Sleeping
Trying Auto Reboot of Motion Chip
I2C Init

I checked and there is no short between SDA and SCL

Any help would be greatful

First of all, are you sure you picked “Proffieboard V2” when programming the board?
Second, when you checked for shorts, did you look or did you measure?
The auto reboot message, does it repeat?

Hi,

Yes, “Proffieboard V2” is selected in Arduino.
I used a multi meter to check for a short and there isnt one.

And yes, this message repeates over and over:

Motion chip … Battery voltage: 0.21

I2C sleeping…

Motion chip timeout, trying auto-reboot of motion chip!

I2C init…

Motion chip … I2C sleeping…

Motion chip timeout, trying auto-reboot of motion chip!

I2C init…

Motion chip … I2C sleeping…

Good, this is the way.
Did you also check for shorts to other nearby pads?
