Is there somewhere/someone that has free stl’s for “compartments” (the bits that hold the electronics to the chassis) for ProffieBoard v3.9, BT909 module & OLED screen ?
Thanks for any help.

Like a “void” you could subtract from a solid?
Not that I know of, but I could probably make some.
I was more thinking of a frame that has plenty of access front and back where the board can be pressure fitted in and can just attach in a chassis cavity. But I guess, a void is good too.
If you can find some chassis designed in openScad, it should be easy to extract or modify the bits that hold components in place. If the chassis is simple enough, you might just need to modify length and diameter to suit your needs.
I have one such chassis avilable here:

I don’t think the hilt this is for is available anymore, but the scad file might still be useful.
Of course, openscad is a bit “special”, compared to other cad programs. I like it, but it’s not for everybody…
Cool, that is the Proffieboard frame down. So are the Proffieboards V1, V2 & V3 all the same pcb size ? Especially “width” (the side with the usb and the sd card holder) wize ?
Thank you @profezzorn
They are the same width and length, the only difference is the SD card sticks out slightly different amounts.
Thanks @profezzorn, that is not a direction I am worried about. I plan to have plenty of space length “wise” in my chassis. I plan to have around a half meter chassis/hilt minimum. I am a big guy, with big hands. I plan on “Darth Maul” length with “Hulk” size hands.
