Interchangeable Damiensaber configs?

Hey friends. I recently bought an Eno Cordova saber with proffie installed, I think it’s Damien saber. I went into customize the board, and of course they sent me the wrong config. They sent a folder with about ten configs, none of which are one button, and none that match the fonts on this sd card.

Anyways, I have a Mara Jade that must be from the same manufacturer, because the cores are identical. They are interchangeable and both work with both sabers. The board seems to be soldered in the same way on all the pins. Is it reasonable to assume that these use the same config? I was hoping to just upload what I have setup on the old one for the new one. Here’s a pic of the cores side by side:

Should work just fine.

yeah it’s all about the wiring and the config that’s being used. I would say yes, best thing to do is use a multimeter for continuity, and you’ll find the pin out. if you can check on the left hand side of the picture the corner is soldered and so should be the next two through holes, this is data2 and data 3 for the neopixel negative. they are bridged. e.g. as in the also based on the wiring of yours you don’t have a recharge port on this one,
based on that photo your board you don’t have a recharge port.

BladeConfig blades[] = {
 { 0, WS281XBladePtr<144, bladePin, Color8::GRB, PowerPINS<bladePowerPin2, bladePowerPin3> >(), CONFIGARRAY(presets) },

the above should work.

Thanks. The three in the top left hand are all soldered. And they do have a recharge port in the back. Can’t see it in the picture.

Does that mean I should be good to go?

aah ok, looks like that they joined the pos and neg to one pad. yeah you should be ok,

Before you upload the “new” config, I would back-up the one that is already installed so if things go wrong, you can always go back:
