I add a crystal chamber it works well but I am really not knowing how to make it pulse when off

If someone can give me a example of what its suppose to look like on the blade profile.
I couldnt understand how the crystal chamber builder is suppose to be on the fett 263 site so that it pulses when off.

Just select an Off Behavior in the library on Crystal or Accent LED/PCB Enhancements screens.

Ok ya I did I just cant undersand why the lights to the crystal would just be on not pulsing.
So would there be any command changes?
