How to light up empty hilts?

There are empty hilts made by manufacturers on the market. They are cheap. What Knowledge and material do i need to light up the saber? Where can i get useful tutorial?
help me guys. you are my only hope

Do mean able to light uo the blade? Crystal chamber? Oled screen?

What you are looking for is a “chassis”. This holds the sound board, hilt pcb, speaker and any number of other goodies desired. Most hilts require a unique chassis, designed by someone, maybe you.

If you want to get into your own chassis designs, you would need to measure the hilts cavity with precision. Think calipers, etc. Then come up with a plan and design in a 3d software and print it.

It’s quite an adventure, but one I have done. It can be fun and rewarding.

If you have no previous knowledge of 3d design software, I suggest checking out foss. Something like freecad. This would allow you you to use the software on any platform like windows, linux, etc.

i mean to light up blades. that means i need to learn 3d modeling to create a chassis and put it into the hilt with proffieboard. i have one more question.
how can i use the button on the hilt to control proffieboard ,even if the hilt doesnt have a circuit?

Maybe we should take a step back. I assume you mean for the hilt you posted? Who made it? Some stores have 3d chassis files for the hilts they sale. Saberbay, for instance, sells chassis for their windu hilt.

This goes back to the chassis design. You would include a microswitch in you design that lines up with hilt activator. You would connect this switch to the sound board. This allows control of the saber as a while.

This is true if you want the standard features of a modern saber. Orntar and others are great chassis makers using 3d modeling.

You can also cut a chassis into PVC or blade tube, or use none at all and use an electronics shield to cover the inside of the hilt.

Micro switch placement is one of the marvels of 3d chassis. But any way you can get the action of the hilt switch to push the real button is fine. I’ve done it with springs, strips of plastic, and glue.

You can really make a saber out of any tube that the battery fits into.
