ok first, you should remove the screenshots as they’re not needed to explain what you mean (site policy).
Maybe I’m a little guilty for the previous post, but the visual there is worth a thousand ASCII dashes and slashes trying to show a directory structure.

The audio files do not go anywhere in the ProffieOS folder.
They only go on the SD card, just as you have them.
Don’t confuse the font “common” folder with the Operating System’s “common” folder.
They are unrelated, just unfortunately identically named.

I think Sloppy and I have hammered out the “hard” stuff. Now after reading the Fett Button Controls, it looks like I’m going to have to add a second switch for power. I plan on keeping the reed switch as a kill switch, if that’s possible. In theory it’s just an normally open switch, so I just reverse it to normally closed and it should work. When holstered it’s dead, when I unholster it, it wakes up.
