I don’t fancy taking apart the chassis it looks solid plus I don’t know how to get to the blade side pcb there’s not a screw in sight, I’ll have to just take this one on the chin and use it as is, thanks for all the help though its much appreciated
That will save you some flash memory that can be re-used for more presets. Or more memory hungry blade styles.
so it looks like the the 3rd blade does have a function, while testing 2 blade and 3 blade i found that the led pcb (not hilt side) will not illuminate the correct colour when only 2 blades are active,
indigo
magenta
orange
purple
yellow
all end up a washed out white with a sprinkling of colour but with the the 3rd blade added this corrects the colours
