Successful upload and saber working fine! The change of cable worked… feel like I have wasted time on here so I apologise! All your help was very much appreciated.

No need to apologize.
If there is something to learn here it’s that posting more info is always better. (Post the full output of arduino, your whole config file, describe exactly what you’ve done, etc.) That way, someone can hopefully spot the problem earlier. Sometimes the issue isn’t what people think it is, and trying to focus just on the issue at hand can make it take longer.
