also I do not actually have a track.wav file in my folder, but was told not to leave it blank. Will not having a file cause any issues or will it just not trigger it? thanks

You seem to have som syntax errors in your config file. These may be caused by accidentally cutting and pasting in the wrong place, or something else.

Please post your config file so we can take a look.

Also, what tutorial did you follow, and how did you actually create your config file?

I used the config linked in the youtube video and edited it myself.

Some of the styles in there have two commas in a row.
I’m not sure how that happened, but a correct style will never have two commas in a row.

it compiled correctly, I added the config and the soundfonts, but when putting the battery in I am getting a “Font directory not found” notification

Well, it could be that one (or more) of those fonts are missing from your SD card. However, it also looks like you don’t have the ;common part of your font paths. If you’re using edit mode, that is required.

Thank you! I am no getting a font directory not found when I try to compile though. Unsure what I changed. I made a new config and pasted it in the proffie os config folder, and opened arduino through proffie, but it can not find the new config.

Please use the “copy error message” button in arduino and post the error here, then we might be able to help fix it.

Also post the config file.
