FET and led layout?

Hey everyone, during one of my first builds I blew a FET and I’m not sure where to resolder to.
The FET blew when positive and negative accidentally touched.
I was soldered to led2 and led3 pads and I’m not sure which pads to switch to.
It is the module to the right when looking at the board sd side up.

Help appreciated,
Matt

That means the MOSFET controlling LED2 is blown. Though if you bridged them and positive, LED3 is probably damaged also, even if not overtly visible.

The simplest solution is to use the LED4 and LED5 pair on the other side instead of LED2 and 3. They’ll work identically so long as you modify the config file accordingly, lmk if you’re not sure what I mean by that.

The LED pads are all interchangeable. You can move it to anything that is not currently used, and then update the configuration file to use those FETs instead.

Ah, yeah I did jump the gun and fail to explain that, didn’t I! Thanks Fredrik.

Thank you for the reply.
Also, which led pads go to each Mosfet

You can see it on the part map:

Q1 controls LED1, Q2 controls LED2, etc.

Thank you for the reply!
It’s good to know in case of mishaps in the future.
