Tried that aswell as different plugin versions. Nothing sadly
Make sure it is a data cable and not a power only cable.
Edit: where are you plugin in your cable ? In the Proffieboard micro USB port or in a USB-C charge port on your chassis (and is this USB-C charge port wired for data to your Proffieboard) ?
Also forgot to ask but is your computer recognizing proffieboard when you plug it in, because if not you may not have all the proper drivers installed.
Yup it detects it fully. Even shows in device manager
Yup i plug it into the motherboard. Fairly sure my micro usb cable is just trashy
Try uploading a test config with 1-2 presets to see if it might be a space issue.
Already tried that with one config and it didnt work. Ill try again though
Also if you have any other micro usb cables that can transfer data (even if they also transfer power) try taking out your battery and using that.
Dont have any others on hand rn sadly. And thr test config failed. Ima come later cause its getting prettyyyy late but thanks for the help dude:pray:![]()
Wishing you luck.
Hey, give me a second to look through but I want to say quickly this is not a config issue (config issues will show up as big ugly “compiler” errors, not like this)
It’s also probably not a hardware issue.
EDIT: Yes, it’s an issue with the upload process/command itself.

Where is the ProffieOS folder located? It must be unzipped, and it must be on your C: drive. In particular it cannot be on the Proffie SD card.
EDIT: You tried with ProffieConfig I see, so that rules out an issue with the ProffieOS folder. -
It looks like your issue may be similar to this one where there’s something fiddly with the upload utility. In this person’s case they were able to solve it with Windows compatibility settings.
If neither of those are your issue, I would recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the arduino-proffieboard plugin and trying before proceeding with anything else. And doing so with any AV turned off. Some are particularly ugly with how they mess with files, both when they’re installed and when you try to run them.
If it is the same, then doing a “repair” on windows might be required to get 32-bit support to work again.
Attempted that aswell as running it in windows 8 compatability mode and it still failed. My new micro usb should arrive by tomorrow so Ill follow up and tell yall if it works or not
And if that doesnt work ill try it on a entirely new windows install.
Hopefully that works
Alright guys… it works guess yall just gotta reinstall windows if you get thst issue
