`effects` command. Possible to sort results alphabetically?

Could this be piped through a sort easily?

There is no piping, and no real easy way to sort them.
Writing code for it wouldn’t be all that difficult, but then it would take up memory.

Possibly the right place for something like that would be in the proffieOS workbench I guess.
