After flashing around 10 boards, I started getting this message. Any ideas?

Sketch uses 186576 bytes (75%) of program storage space. Maximum is 245760 bytes.

‘“C:\Users\intot\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\proffieboard\hardware\stm32l4\2.2.0\tools\windows\dfu-util.exe”’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

This generally means that there is something wrong with your arduino-proffieboard plugin installation. Usually the simplest fix is to uninstall the arduino-proffiboard plugin and then re-installing it again. If that doesn’t help, then there may be something wrong with your computer.

Reinstalling the plugin resolved the issue. Any reason why the would happen after working for such a long time?

Virus?
Over-zelous anti-virus program?
Disk corruption?
Gremlins?

Basically, I don’t know. All I can say is that Arduino and the arduino-proffieboard plugin wouldn’t make any changes to this file normally, so whatever happened is most likely an external thing.

Interesting, possibly a particle from space caused a bit flip?

At any rate, thank you. This was a 4 hour headache.

Maybe a solar wind or something. Glad it’s working for you now!
