Crazy idea of the Day: smoothswing font playback emulator using WebAudio

This was mentioned a year ago on TRA.
Is there any chance of keeping it on a to-tryout list?
Would it be a WebUSB/WebBLE thing or tied into the Style editor maybe or…?

Audio over USB could be very useful I feel. No SPIDIF or direct wiring mods needed.

I was thinking you would just upload a font, then use your mouse to generate “swings”.
Ideally it would be tied into the style editor so you can see the effect at the same time.
