How do I go about changing my fett263 buttons to sa22c buttons?
I just 89Sabers The Disciple Ventress/Maul (just the Ventress half) from SaberBay, but didn’t know until I had it in my hands that it would handle way better for me in sa22c buttons.
Never had to do this before, so not sure how hard this is or if it’s literately as easy as just changing the .h file to sa22c buttons configs…
You’d have to change the CONFIG_PROP section and all defines at the top of your config.
Just note, sa22c has not updated his prop since OS5, since OS6 I have sa22c’s controls merged into my prop to support the new features.
You can customize my prop via various defines. If there’s certain controls you’re looking for I can probably point you to the necessary define(s) to enable. sa22c’s prop won’t support any of the newer features in OS7.

I’m pretty much trying to change the controls for Force, Lighting, Change Sound, Check Power, pretty much anything that requires me to hold/click both Power & Aux. The way the control box is designed the Power & Aux are kinda a deep press, & to press deep enough you have to bend the control box an ‘uncomfortable amount’ to hit both switches.

I don’t know that switching props will do much in this case. You may need to look at setting the hilt up as a 1 button, any 2 button prop will have controls mapped to both buttons together, 1 button won’t.
Your only other option would be to write your own prop.
Set NUM_BUTTONS to 1 at the top of your config and just use Power, Aux will be ignored.
