It actually IS doing a standard wipe-in, but it’s a fire based style, so the “flame” turns off by stopping-being-emitted…so it’s continuing on it’s inertia from the hilt upward.
These 2 combined appears to the eye as center-in.
If you wanted that to stop, you can change the fire behavior when off to be the same as when on.
Change the 2nd argument of the FireConfig<> (intensity random) in the “config when off” section to 2000 to match the same value as in the"config when on" section.
