I’ve made a little font out of The Crafsman 's CRAFSOUNDZ pack and the blasts are all tones sampled from an old synth. They are barely audible though and I’d like to raise the volume of the tones vs the hum. Maybe significantly.

Is audacity the go to? Tips please?

Just noticed a clip in the hum. Is that because it needs a fade?

Yeh, Audacity or something similar is your best friend. It’s trivial to increase the volume of a file. And you can analyze the hum to see if it clips or if it doesn’t loop properly.
