Hi sorry me again

Things seem to be going well and experimenting with different options for what I can do

But wondering if this is an acceptable method of adding a resistor to a blade, if does work but I only did a brief test

Have almost got the nerv up to test the charge plug with power plugged in to it hehe

That is a resistor across the data and GND alright. Should be good.
However, I’d re-do the positive if I were you. There’s at least one stray strand and a lot of “gooseneck” wire exposed.
If it folds over when assembling, you risk a short.
