I’ve owned multiple Proffie sabers for 2-3 years now and have added several fonts and sounds to them through the Workbench. On my newest saber, I am FINALLY adding styles through the FETT 263 Library. I am not a programmer and, being new to coming at it from this angle, please excuse me for the noobness of this question. I’ve noticed most of the many styles match the colors from the canon sabers, but some are off, and I’m assuming I’m just “missing” something. The 2 main ones are the “Kylo Ren” and the “Fire” styles. When I open them, they both set the base color as blue. Why is this, and how do you get the canon color of Ren and the red/orange/yellow flame affect in the fire? I can post a screen shot to show what I’m referring to if needed. Thank you!
Only certain styles in the library have a defaulted color, by and large, most do not as that’s a relatively new feature in the library. Just set the Base Color to Red or whatever color you want on the Enhancements screen .
What about the styles that have multiple colors, like the “Fire” and “Kylo Ren” styles? How do I get the proper multiple color mix? Are the default colors from canon in the library for OS 6.*?
There isn’t a “proper”, they can be whatever you want. Kylo’s blade is just Red in the films.
If you’re wanting things like Gradients or Color Rotations just apply a “Color Type” to the Base Style on the Enhancements screen and you can dial in to your liking. There’s a ton of customization for styles and colors in the library, just go through the options and controls to make something how you prefer.
I am trying to make a blade style with change phase corruption on your library but it seem its has bugs and is not working,
Not really related to this topic.
Watch the videos at the top of the library, that’s why they’re “Recommended” .
After watching, if there are still questions or issues, click the Questions or Issues link at the top of the library and post the style code the library generated and the issue you’re having and I can have look.
