1st time proffie install (still)

this might be a silly question but… working along the Powels Power ups proffie video i am about 45 minutes into it… but its taken me a while so far (computer stuff is NOT easy for me (the wiring and build done and awesome so far… all the arduino downloads etc i have done so far, is this all saved so far or do i need to restart everytime i try and dig in on this. Thank you and sorry if silly questions, just trying to do the cool stuff you guys do.

Software doesn’t uninstall itself unless you’ve got other software being fiddly.

In effect: no, you should be good to pick up where you left off.

FWIW, you may want to try this page. I find a lot of the YT videos are outdated or go off on tangents or focus on the wrong aspects of updating and confuse brand new users. This page goes step-by-step on the basics to get your board updated. Just follow each step and read through everything as you go if you find yourself getting lost with YT videos.

Yeah I mean depending on where you are/how invested you are in using Arduino @rizzman, ProffieConfig might another option. Since it has automatic setup and has GUI (visual) options for pretty much everything, it may be easier.
