Well this one is quite simple at least.

You just need to set DOSFS to SDIO (High Speed) like it says :stuck_out_tongue:

This is in the “Tools” menu in the top left (alongside the Apple logo and all those menus)

EDIT: Don’t worry too much about what that means. It’s technical jargon.
