Proffie OS 7.15 - Warble when playing tracks

Hello there, so I have a bit of a niche issue I was wondering if anyone else has run into. I have tried multiple speakers, volumes, sabers, etc. and have run into a bit of a weird problem. For most of my replica sabers that run Proffie, when I play tracks, especially ones with orchestral sequences, the audio warbles a good bit. Of course, by warble I mean that sound as if a record is distorted on a record player. It’s a slight distortion, and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong with my uploads to Proffie. I use a Mac, and have used Fett263’s program with all of my configs, but I’m just having trouble nailing down exactly what is causing this, as I’ve never seen it mentioned before. Thanks for any and all help.

If you’ve tried multiple speakers and sabers but your still getting the same problem, it sounds like it could be the track file that’s not right, doublecheck that it’s in mono maybe slap a high pass filter on around 120hz,

“Warbling” is an unusual problem, but there are a few things that can cause those sort of problems, such as problems with power (which tends to cause fluctuations in volume), clock circuit problems (which can actually make the sound speed up/down) or motion chip problems (which can make smoothswing go kind of nuts.).

Generally speaking, I think we need more information to figure out what is going on. The most important is to have a recording of the sound, or a video that shows the problem. We may also need to see the config file.
