When I have my core set to a font with white as a default color, turning the saber on with the blade in causes it to completely shut down. I also can’t get white to appear in the color change mode. What can I do to fix this issue?

You can get a battery that can handle the high current draw of pixel blades.
Based on your symptoms, it is likely yours can’t supply the amount of amps required to drive full white (which uses the most power).

What would you recommend? I’ve tried a few 3300mAH 3.7V batteries, but none have worked

mAh measures how long the battery will last, not the maximum current draw. You’ll want a battery with a 15A protection circuit on it.
