Growing intensity of sparkles on swing

Ok some backstory, I’ve made a thing for the Ren fair using a v3.9 proffieboard, 15 leds, speaker and smallish 1000mah battery. The whole thing fits in an egg like hilt/container that will hang off my belt and swings as I walk. Currently I have it set to a blank blade with a sparkles overlay. 300 intensity, 100 size. My idea is to apply a swing inertia affect but have it grow in intensity on swing, instead of a color shift. I know that it’s possible but I dont know on what level the modifications need to happen.

Also whats the best way to modify the swing sensitivity, since its moving a bit different than a standard lightsaber would? Would disabling the gyro help?

I will post pictures once it’s done, but there are still several stages of finishing on the egg that need to happen.

It might be enough to just multiply the sparkles with the swing speed?

To wrap on this for now, I stared at the effect for a few min and found that raising the layers to 12 still had a few “wink outs”. It’s running exactly how I imagined with these numbers, with all smooth fade in and outs: StylePtr<Layers< Black, TransitionLoop<AlphaL<Black,Int<0>>,TrDoEffect<TrDelay<1000>,EFFECT_USER1>>, MultiTransitionEffectL<TrConcat<TrFade<3000>,AlphaL<Yellow,Bump<EffectPosition<>,Int<1000>>>,TrFade<3000>>,EFFECT_USER1,24>>>(), I didn’t do any calculations, just ran several sets of values in different presets and compared them on the saber. My wife wants to say thanks!

Im pretty new to coding, how might one do that? I think I know what section needs to be edited, but im not sure what to add to accomplish this.
