For now, we only know of one case where this helped.
It may be that it helps a lot more people, it may also be that it has no drawbacks, but both of those will take time to figure out.
In the meantime, I don’t think we should add a define for this, because there is so much cargo-culting around config defines. I don’t want to add more confusion until we know that at least some people need it.
As NoSloppy points out, it may be that this should just be how it works. But more testing is needed to determine that.
