Looks like your ProffieOS.ino file got jumbled up.
I would download a fresh one from github and be sure to redefine your own config file after.
You somehow changed stuff in there.
The beginning should be this

#define CONFIG_FILE "config/Luke_config.h"
after that, there are many more lines until #include <Arduino.h>, which looks like what you tried to replace or something?
orntar is right that the easiest fix is just download a fresh copy.
Thank you all for the help.it did work but now everything is clear the indexing is stuck at 3/30.i did add arduino to the anti-virus protection system to stop blocking program but still have the same indexing result.how can I get pass this?
What indexing, where?
Are you talking about installing the Arduino-Proffieboard plugin?
Got a screenshot if you can’t describe it?
When trying to verify corrections in arduino/library. It’s the step before you flash your proffie board.it counts from 0 to 30 indexing.
